DIGITAL FILES:
We accept InDesign CS3, Acrobat PDF files, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3 files (and lower) and operate on a MAC or PC platform. Images must be 300 dpi for final use and CMYK or grayscale. CD's, FTP or e-mail are acceptable forms of file transfer. We do not accept ads using RGB. We do not accept ads in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel or Power Point format or floppy disk. Please include graphics, outlined fonts or pdf and paper proof.
PROOFS:
If production is required, material for ad design will be accepted immediately upon insertion agreement. Deadline for complete material is five working days after space commitment to ensure proper approval and revisions. A maximum of two proofs per ad. Additional proofs charged at $25 each.
