Holiday and Happiness

Ahhhh, do you love this season? I hope you take time to breathe it in, stop, listen and enjoy it. It’s transition at its peak…from one holiday to the next, one year to the next, one season to…well, it is winter and will be for some months. But even winter has its pleasures. I know…right?

At CMW we want to take a moment to thank our two main customers….the businesses that support the magazine through marketing; and our readers for loving the publication. It’s because of both of you in synergy that the businesses support the publication financially in order for you, the reader, to get it free of charge.

Doing amazing work in the community and supporting women is our mission. And because of the support of the community, this magazine makes a difference in the lives of many: our readers and the women we feature. For that, the team at CMW is forever grateful.

This seasonal issue is about happiness in both a stressful time and in a time of renewal. We fill up our lives giving, then we fill it up rejuvenating ourselves!

The women you read about in this issue will help you shop, party, and savor delicious delicacies. The columns and regular features will help you renew, begin and take up a challenge to cook more in 2012. Good luck with that!

Our warmest regards for a healthful and happy end of 2011 and transition to 2012.

Tamera and Doug, Co-Publishers
